A:What is your MOQ for custom private-label activewear?

Q:From 100 sets per style for in-stock styles with your own logo. For full OEM/ODM production from your pattern or design, MOQ is 300-500 pcs per style per color. Samples are available in small quantities before you commit.

A:What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

Q:OEM— we manufacture to your tech pack and specifications. ODM—we develop the design from your concept, sketch or reference sample. Both ship with your logo, custom labels, colors and packaging.

A:Are you a factory or a trading company?

Q:We are a direct activewear manufacturer with our own factory and export license - a three-city operation (Xiamen HQ, Yiwu seamless knitting, Guangzhou fabric sourcing). You work with the maker, not a middleman.

A:Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Q:Yes-we strongly recommend a pre-production sample so you can approve fit, fabric and logo first. Samples are made in small quantities at sample cost, usually within about one to two weeks. Send an inquiry for an exact sample quote.

A:What is your production lead time?

Q:In-stock styles with your logo ship in about 2-3 weeks. Full OEM production runs about 6-8 weeks and ODM development about 7-9 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and customization.

A:How can I customize the logo, labels and packaging?

Q:Logo by heat-transfer, silicone 3D, embroidery or all-over sublimation. We also produce woven and printed neck labels, hangtags, care labels and custom polybags, boxes and mailers — shipped retail-ready. Send your logo and we'll make a free design mockup first.

A:Can you match my brand's Pantone colors?

Q:Yes — we offer custom Pantone color matching on fabric and trims. Custom-dyed colors apply at the per-color production MOQ.

A:What fabric and weight do you use?

Q:Performance nylon/spandex (polyamide-elastane) knits with four-way stretch and moisture-wicking, typically 220-300 GSM depending on the style. Recycled rPET/ ECONYL yarns are available on request.

A:Is the fabric squat-proof and not see-through?

Q:Yes. Opacity is tested under deep-squat tension on every size during QC, so leggings stay fully opaque at the seat.

A:Do you make seamless or cut-and-sew activewear?
Q:Both. We run Santoni 17-21" seamless knitting machines and full cut-and-sew lines with flat-lock seams, and match the construction to your design.

A:Do you manufacture compression wear?

Q:Yes — we make compression-fit leggings and tops using higher-spandex, higher-GSM knits. We describe these by fit and construction and do not make medical compression claims.

A:Do you offer sustainable or recycled fabric?

Q:Yes— recycled rPET and ECONYL regenerated nylon are available, with GRS certification on request.

A:What sizes do you offer? Can you follow my size chart? 
Q:Standard XS-XL, and we produce to your own size chart and grading. Send yourd measurements or tech pack and we'll match them. 

A:What certifications do you hold? 
Q:BSCI factory audit, REACH and CPSIA, plus GRS for recycled fabrics. Certificates are available on request.

A:What quality control do you run? 
Q:AQL 2.5 inspection across cutting, sewing and pre-packing, with stretch-recovery and squat-proof opacity checks and a pre-shipment inspection on every order. 

A:Do you work with new brands and small startups? 
Q:Yes — many of our clients are first-time founders. Our low 100-set MOQ, free design mockup and sample-before-bulk process are built to help new brands launch without locking up cash.

A:What are your payment, trade terms and shipping? 
Q:FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP under our own export license, for order protection. Air and sea shipping via DHL/ FedEx/UPS to brands in 50+ countries.
