YOUMEGA (Xiamen Mega Garment Co., Ltd. ) is a private-label activewear and sportswear manufacturer in China - a real factory, not a trading company. Since 2017 we have completed more than 1, 000 private-label and OEM/ODM projects for activewear and athleisure brands across five continents, working with everyone from first-time founders launching a debut capsule to established labels scaling proven collections.

We operate two of our own factories. Our cut-and-sew plant in Xiamen produces leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops, jackets, dresses, sets and structured styles, while our seamless plant in Yiwu runs Santoni 17-21 inch large-cylinder knitting machines for soft, compressive, second-skin seamless sets, bras and shorts. Because we own both production lines and export under our own license, you work with the factory directly - no middleman, no added markup, and full in-house control of pattern making, fabric, sampling and quality.

Leggings and yoga pants: High-waist, flare, biker shorts, pocket leggings, with squat-proof, gusseted, front-seam-free constructions

Seamless activewear: Ribbed, washed-vintage, color-block and body-mapped knits

Fabrics and performance: 94/6 polyamide-elastane four-way-stretch knits and other fibre blends, moisture-wicking and breathable, with options for recycled RPET and ECONYL yarns under GRS. We match your Pantone colors by lab-DIP before bulk production, so matching sets read as one color and reorders stay consistent batch after batch.

Full custom development (OEM/ODM): 300-500 pieces per style per color

Sampling: 1-2 pieces, sample fee refundable against bulk; Stock samples in about 7 days, full custom in 12-15 days; Bulk lead time roughly 30-55 days depending on route

Customization and branding: Embroidered, heat-transfer, silicone 3D and tagless heat-press logos; Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and custom retail packaging. If you do not yet have a complete tech pack, we develop the specification with you from a reference image or sketch.
